It is a shame I have to resort to this to be able to speak to someone with regards to my order, and by the looks of it I am not the only One! I have tried several times via phone, Email and live chat to speak to someone with regards to where my order is. Each time the conversation ends and phone calls cut off before I can speak to someone, very strange!
If you are reading this from SKLUM, I would like to have answer on where my chairs are and I would like to get a refund for order number IUK-41430 Shipment number 462785739.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD TO ENCOUNTER EVER. The wrong sofa was delivered to me in the beginning of January. I had to pay to external service to get it delivered to the flat, as sklum only delivers to the door of the house. When I realized it was a wrong item, they said they'll call the logistics company to pick it up... then they said it 7 times more for every email I ever sent. Not a single time was I contacted by the logistics company. Moreover, it would only be picked up from the door downstairs, which for me ( girl living alone) would mean I have to pay again for someone to bring it downstairs for something I didn't want and was not my fault! So i would pay twice for having a huge ugly box laying in my flat for almost two months now with shorty service and no guarantees that it will be picked up at all. At that point I just want to get rid of the thing and get my money back!

Never received items. SKLUM is not reachable. Their hotline is either on busy signal for hours, or they let you wait in the queue for 15 minutes just to tell you call back later. This is 100% a scam.
Service goes from bad to worse. MPRIWOGKV order for 2 defective shelves. Finally they were collected this week after 4 months. I was promised an immediate refund, given the delays. Called again, as the email confirmation hadnt been received. Customer service rep was rude, unhelpful and talked over me. She said that the refund will take '8 days from when it is processed in accounts'. When is that ? How does this company stay in business ? Never again....
Worse delivery that I had in my life.
Start with the fact that the delivery man didn't want to carry our new sofa to the flat and we had to carry it!.
The worse part is that the delivery man throw away 2x2M wood pallets (like in a construction site) Infront of our building door because "he didn't had a room for it"
Sklum admitted that the delivery man made a mistake, but they will not do anything about it.
Long story short, if you are looking for additional sport and extra construction materials, order from Sklum.
Love my piece's from Sklum. Great price and great quality. Delivery took a few weeks but was worth the wait.
I bought a chair and a towel hanger ladder and I am very happy with them and the delivery.
I am quite disappointed with this website after I made a few purchases. The quality of their products is my first reason, they are not as good as I imagined. I find it very strange that their packing is horrible and it makes items break/scratch during shipping, I received one broken lamp and another one scratched by a metal piece in the box which I have advised about - when they sent a replacement, the same problem happened - it´s just not very well thought. I am still having issues to return a rug, requested a return but they aren't able to process the pick-up, blaming Brexit (although it was not sent from the UK) and saying it´s taking too long to collect the item, which is not my fault but they still refuse to give me my refund while I wait. Won´t buy from them again, there are better options out there.
Terrible customer service. We’ve been waiting since October for 3 dining chairs and have had no communication since January on their progress even though they have been paid for in full.
Will never order from SKLUM again. We’d rather pay multiple times over to deal with a quality company. Not worth the saving.
Got updated via email when I could expect the product. Arrived quicker than I'd expected (was notified of that via email), and everything is looking really nice.
Never received the order, still no refund, only reason for giving 2 stars is we hoped it might be delayed due to brexit. Have emailed refunds but going round in circles and not getting anywhere is no fun
JUST PLEASE DONT EVER ORDER FROM SKLUM! I have never been this disappointed in my life! We bought a sofa from SKLUM (reference IIXMFXZBB) and not only did the base turn up broken but the sofa itself is made out of a material that makes it impossible to clean.
The white cushions are (for some reason) filled with pink filling. When I tried to clean a tiny spot it turned into a huge pink/green spot because the colour of the filling simply seeps trough - no chance cleaning it as it would only make the pink colour spread further.
I have been trying to settle this with SKLUM since November and have spent four months of my life chasing a company that clearly doesn't care if it stays in business or not!
They keep promising me a refund but never actually send me the return label. We have called them multiple times just to remind them about this, but nothing ever happens. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Legit company but unfortunately they act in bad faith so, if you have a bad experience it is very much a scam, they won't take responsibility.
